Congratulations to Hongliang Li on his paper’s nomination for the Best Student Paper Award at the 2026 Modeling, Estimation and Control Conference (MECC 2026)!
The paper, “Process-Informed Energy-Aware Batch Manufacturing Scheduling with Hierarchical Digital Twins: Experiments on a Bottling Plant Testbed,” is authored by Hongliang Li, Joseph Cuiffi, Herschel Pangborn, and Ilya Kovalenko. It was selected as one of five finalists for the award.
